ABOUT YMD
YOU MATTER DAY, or as we often say, “YMD” was created for and by students of Fresno County to show how much and why our community matters. The event brings together expanded learning programs, students, educators, friends, families, non-profit organizations, and local businesses to celebrate the gift of service. Attendees contribute to student-designed service projects ranging from creating art kits for foster youth to making Campesino bags for agriculture workers to stuffing food bags for the local food pantry and much, much more.
YMD 2024 will be our sixth year of this amazing event. Host a service project. Bring your students and families. Volunteer to help. Help us make this an incredible day of doing good.
